Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Food and Beverage (FNB) Manager and Operations Manager.

The FNB Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating with the culinary team, and ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.

This position is on-site and located in Bareilly.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of Experience.
• Experience in menu planning and inventory management
• Proven skills in staff supervision and training
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Experience in financial management and budgeting within the FNB sector
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
