Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Housekeeper role located in bareilly. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing laundry services, maintaining excellent communication, delivering outstanding customer service, utilizing strong organization skills, and providing training to staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Laundry management, Customer Service, and Organization Skills
• Bachelors in relevant studies- BHM/ DHM
• Experience- At least 10 year in a reputed Hotel Chain
• Strong communication skills and ability to train staff effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role or hospitality industry
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
