Job Opportunity: Operations Manager – Domestic Collections

Location: South India (Kerala / Tamil Nadu / Karnataka / Telangana preferred)
Department: Collections – Domestic Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of collection executives handling domestic portfolios.
• Drive collection performance across buckets (0–6), early-stage, late-stage, and recovery portfolios, ensuring achievement of monthly targets.
• monitor collections performance, manage customers, team managements, etc
• Analyze delinquency trends and implement strategies to reduce NPAs.
• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and RBI norms.
• Coordinate with senior management for process improvements and escalations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–8 years in collections/recovery/financial services, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or TL role.
• Preferred Background: BFSI, NBFC, Recovery agencies, or Exchange houses.
• Strong knowledge of retail loan products (PL, CL, CD, Auto Loan, Digital Products).
• Ability to manage high-pressure targets and motivate teams.
• Communication Skills: English + regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada preferred).
• Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
