Operation Manager AP

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining constant communication with team leaders, staff, and customers to ensure proper operations of the company. Your main objectives will include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols, increasing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures, ensuring operational activities remain on time and within budget, and tracking staffing requirements while hiring new employees as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including creating career development plans for direct reports and resolving problems effectively. - Manage data collection for updating metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and provide excellent customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance proprietary tools and systems. - Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure all activities remain compliant. - Engage in client management, understand process SLAs, and take the lead in driving improvements beyond just team management.
