Job Title: Operations Executive
Required Experience:- 0 to 4 Yrs.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordination with Operation Department for Operation efficiency to Oversee smooth processing of returns, rentals, and vehicle movement.
·Vehicle Availability and Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are available on time with drivers. Ensure vehicles are returned, inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next order.
· Customer Service: Handle late-night reservations, customer inquiries, and any service issues to maintain satisfaction.
· Coordination: Coordination with internal team and Oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in rental agreements, and report on revenue.
· Problem Resolution: Address emergencies or customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
