Operation Executive

Position: Operations Executive – Immigration Process
Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Role Overview

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely backend delivery of immigration services. This includes handling documentation, form-filling, record management, and maintaining compliance with immigration protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately complete visa and immigration application forms for countries such as Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and others.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents as per immigration requirements.
• Support internal teams and associates in ensuring timely and efficient application processing.
• Maintain and update client records, application statuses, and documentation in CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing checklists, cover letters, and other supporting documents.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure applications are submitted on time.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in backend operations, documentation, administration, or compliance (immigration experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM/data management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to follow processes with accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for identifying documentation errors.
• Responsible, discreet, and reliable in handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
