The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks to support business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency. Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from initiation to completion. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Identify process improvements and implement solutions for operational efficiency. Prepare reports and maintain records for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations or project management (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
