As an Operation Executive at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Co, Ltd, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Tracking, following up through telephonic calls & direct visits for the collection of renewal premiums from customers. - Verifying new business insurance proposals. - Handling queries from customers, salespersons, and agents. - Retaining customers from surrendering/cancelling policies. - Verifying and processing customer/agent servicing requests & claims. - Creating reference leads from walk-in customers. - Coordinating with collection agents/banks for the deposit of cash/cheque premiums at the bank. - Enriching data and ensuring instant adoption for 80% of all eligible customer walk-ins. - Ensuring process compliance and adherence at the branch. - Managing day-to-day branch administration including housekeeping, maintenance, asset control, discipline. - Handling branch admin, audits related activities. - Operational coordination with other functional departments.
