About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. From coordinating logistics to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operational tasks across teams
• Handle logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Support cross-functional activities with a solution-oriented mindset
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement quick, effective fixes
• Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency
• Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth functioning of operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong common sense and ability to think on your feet
• A smart, resourceful, and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable managing logistics and dealing with external partners
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, and administrative roles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
