Operation Executive

Role & responsibilities Assist the Senior Manager Operations & Admin at the Dog Boarding Facility - in all operational and administrative duties.The job doesn't require physical handling of dogs as such ...it is more about handling the pet parents ( owners of the dogs) Manage and nurture client relationships ( Pet Parents) , ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Send timely video updates to clients multiple times daily on whatsapp updating the pet parents about the well being of their dog (crucial task). Handing operations related queries from clients on WhatsApp Handle walk-in client visits, showcasing our facilities professionally and warmly. Coordinate efficiently with various operations teams for seamless facility management. Perform general administrative duties, including occasional vendor coordination outside the office. Maintain thorough and organized internal documentation related to daily operations. Preferred candidate profile A genuine love and compassion for dogs (essential). Good command over verbal and written English. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage tasks proactively and independently. Prior administrative or client management experience will be advantageous but not mandatory.
