Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive - Prop Care located in Gurugram. The Operation Executive - Prop Care will be responsible for overseeing property management activities, coordinating with property owners and tenants, ensuring maintenance and repair tasks are completed, and managing vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining property records, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.

Qualifications

• Property management, Property maintenance, and Vendor management skills
• Experience in coordinating with property owners and tenants
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of property regulations and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
