Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pest control service provider, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Team Management: Manage teams of technicians, coordinating schedules and implementing quality control measures.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all services meet high standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pest control industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
