Job Description

Job Description: The Operation Executive will be responsible for the daily management and supervision of security personnel deployed at client sites. The role involves handling rostering, manpower planning, client coordination, site inspections, and compliance-related tasks to ensure uninterrupted and quality security services. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage duty rosters for all security guards. Coordinate deployment and ensure replacements for absentee staff. Conduct regular site visits for supervision and performance monitoring. Act as the first point of contact for clients on operational issues. Maintain discipline, grooming, and attendance of site staff. Handle onboarding, documentation, and police verification of guards. Monitor statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, and wage records. Manage emergency situations and respond promptly to incidents. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. Liaise with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Compliance) for smooth functioning.
