About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete journey of learners from enrolment to program completion
2. Coordinate onboarding processes to set learners up for success and ensure they are familiar with program goals and requirements
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving learner issues, concerns, or escalations
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including training, tech, and sales to address and resolve issues efficiently
5. Manage schedules, resources, and program logistics to deliver a seamless experience
6. Ensure timely communication with learners regarding sessions, updates, and feedback
7. Provide regular reports to leadership offering insights into learner progress, satisfaction, and areas for improvement
8. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on adjustments or improvements to the program structure
Other requirements
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with learners
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle escalations empathetically and effectively
4. Proficiency in using Google Suite
