Job Description

1. Operations Management

Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth processes.

Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies.

Improve operational systems, processes, and policies.
2. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate between departments (e.g., sales, logistics, HR, finance).

Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate operational records and databases.

Prepare regular reports on productivity, quality, and other metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Support

Track inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary.

Oversee logistics and supply chain operations.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Handle documentation for audits, procurement, and operations.
6. Process Improvement

Suggest and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
7. Support to Senior Management

Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Execute tasks assigned by senior management.
