About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive Intern to support our
operations team. This role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks, responding to queries,
managing payment disputes, and preparing reports for different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and maintain timely communication with users, partners, and internal
teams.
Handle and resolve payment disputes efficiently and professionally.
Prepare, organize, and share data reports with various agencies and internal teams.
Assist in streamlining operational processes and improving workflow efficiency.
Support the operations team in other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data preparation and reporting.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Prior experience in customer support or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
