Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive at Junosys Networks Pvt. Ltd., your role involves coordinating technical and operational tasks, managing documentation, and supporting data analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for liaising across teams, handling administrative duties, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for candidates with prior technical coordination experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data management using Excel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and other related documentation. - Manage vendors and contracts effectively. - Oversee supply-chain operations. - Follow up on orders, renewals, customer queries, and partner engagements. - Monitor order loads and conduct material inward/outward checks. - Manage emails by checking and responding promptly. - Generate daily reports and ensure office maintenance. - Handle day-to-day operations efficiently. - Coordinate with technical teams to track project progress and resolve issues. - Manage data in Excel sheets for tracking metrics, performance reports, and project timelines. - Prepare summary reports for management. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations or back-office roles. - Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Com, or Computers. - Proficiency in computer operations and MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel). - Tally knowledge is preferred. - Immediate joiners are preferred. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. The salary range for this position is between 15k to 17k CTC per month.
