Job Profile: Operations Executive cum Telecaller Location: 602, A-block, Naurang House, CP, New Delhi Department: Operation Department Reports to: Operations Head Experience Required: Minimum 1 years PayScale: 15k to 20k per month (Negotiable) Working Days & Timing: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Job Summary: The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within Caroline healthcare. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing administrative tasks, overseeing patient services, taking interviews, manage patient data, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving operational efficiency to enhance the overall patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Call and follow up on leads to introduce healthcare services and convert them into customers. Calls handling to convert them for inbound and outbound related to homecare services. Monitor and manage staff schedules, taking Interviews and resource allocation. Visit hospitals when required to coordinate services with patient’s family and meet doctors. Occasionally visit patients’ homes to coordinate services and ensure patient satisfaction. Handle patient inquiries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update patient records, billing, and operational documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for operational needs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills: Any degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or business development. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel and visit hospitals and patients’ homes when required. Knowledge of healthcare services, practices, and standards preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
