Job Description

Responsibilities:

Should be Work as Plant Head with analytical skills
Should have perform project (Green Field / Bown Field)
Should be exposed to sterile operation
Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the overall organizational objectives.
Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Conduct data analysis to provide insights into operational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Oversee the operational budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
Monitor financial performance, conduct regular cost analyses, and recommend budget
Identify opportunities for process improvements across all business functions.
Implement process automation tools and techniques to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in financial management and budget oversight.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
