Operation Executive - Corporate Gifting

As an Operations & Packaging Coordinator at Spoilt Fox, a curation-centric corporate gifting service in Jaipur, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, impeccable packaging, and seamless logistics for a premium gifting experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, supervising team activities, conducting quality checks, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to facilitate order fulfillment. You will be tasked with maintaining inventory by managing inward/outward flow, tracking stock, and reporting discrepancies. Additionally, you will oversee assembly line operations, ensuring workflow efficiency during gift hamper assembly. Quality checks on all products and hampers before dispatch will be crucial to maintaining the brand's standards, along with guiding packaging to ensure safe delivery and alignment with brand guidelines. Your role will require coordination with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics throughout the gifting process. During peak seasons, you will lead, manage, and support staff to meet order fulfillment requirements. Travel within Jaipur may be necessary for vendor visits, pickups, or delivery coordination as needed. To qualify for this position, you must hold a graduate degree and have at least one year of experience in corporate gifting or similar operational roles. Your background should include operations experience in gift sourcing, packaging, logistics, or related fields. Expertise in packaging materials, techniques, and execution will be valuable, along with problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues across the sourcing, packing, or delivery process. Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple orders will also be essential. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
