As an Operations & Packaging Coordinator at Spoilt Fox, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing all aspects related to operations, packaging & logistics. You will be located in Jaipur and play a crucial role in managing inventory, supervising team activities, assisting in assembly and packaging, ensuring quality control, and maintaining smooth logistics for seamless execution throughout the gifting process. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and maintain inventory by managing inward/outward flow, tracking stock, and reporting discrepancies. - Oversee assembly line operations to support the team during gift hamper assembly and ensure workflow efficiency. - Ensure smooth logistics for seamless execution throughout the gifting process. - Perform quality checks on all products and hampers before dispatch. - Monitor and guide packaging to align with brand standards and ensure safe delivery. - Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment, and lead, manage, and support staff during peak seasons. - Travel within Jaipur for vendor visits, pickups, or delivery coordination as needed. Qualifications: - Must be a Graduate. - 1 or more years of experience in corporate gifting or similar operational roles. Key Skills and Experience: - Operations Experience in gift sourcing, packaging, logistics, or related fields. - Packaging Expertise with experience in packaging materials, techniques, and execution. - Problem-Solving skills to troubleshoot issues across sourcing, packing, or delivery. - Time Management efficiency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple orders.
