Detailed process understanding
Data Collection for Baseline & Project Definition
Baseline Study & Alignment
Preparation of Project Charter
Brainstorming with the stakeholders
Current Data Collection
Insight generation through Data Analysis & Exploration
RCA (Root cause Analysis) & validation by using data.
Action Plan Preparation
Implementation & trials
Verification of improvement & closure of the project
Control plan preparation for sustenance.

B) Productivity Improvement / Capacity Enhancement:

Detailed process understanding
Data Collection for Baseline & Project Definition
Baseline Study & Alignment
Preparation of Project Charter
Stage-wise BOB (Best of Best Calculation)
Bottleneck Stage Identification from data/mass balance.
Brainstorming with the stakeholders
Action Plan Preparation
Implementation & trials
Verification of improvement & closure of the project
Control plan preparation for sustenance.

C) Drive Analytics projects:

Knowledge transfer to Data Scientist regarding Process
Batch mapping.
Provide inputs for data analysis & its interpretation to generate insights/hypothesis validation.
Technical support for development of Quality Simulator / Digital Twin / Predictive models

D) Knowledge/Soft skills:

Basic Chemical engineering
Six Sigma - Minimum Green belt
Software like MS office, Minitab (preferred), R Coding / Python (preferred)
