Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support & assist Operation Manager.
Coordination with site team and taking daily updates and recording the same.
Preparing DSR, WSR & MSR and submission to operation manager.
Track daily progress and share updates through regular reports.
Raise concern for any delay or improper working at site.
Handle all service-related documents and help with billing.
Preparing maintenance schedule & checklist.
Manage service contracts and make sure maintenance is going on as per schedule.
Coordination with other departments to complete the task on time.
Keep track of spare parts and tools, consumables needed for service work on daily basis.
Keep track of equipment availability, system availability, upgradation of equipment.
Keeping records for due overhauling & all breakdown repairs.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:
Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Experience:
2 3 years in Service sector
Knowledge of Electromechanical equipment ( HVAC, STP, WTP, Lift, Boiler, pumps, AHU and other rotatory equipment).
