About the Role: Vinayaga Shutters, a trusted name in high-quality rolling shutters and custom steel fabrication since 1959, is seeking a Production Engineer to manage daily manufacturing activities at our factory in Manali. This role involves supervising fabrication teams, ensuring quality standards, maintaining production schedules, and coordinating with field engineers and dispatch teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day factory operations related to shutter manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly. Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Supervise technicians and welders; ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow. Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products. Maintain and monitor usage of tools, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement process improvements. Maintain production logs, daily reports, and output records. Ensure preventive maintenance of machines is carried out regularly. We are looking for a technically skilled Electrical and Electronics Engineer who can handle both factory and on-site responsibilities. Key Responsibilities I nstallation and testing of motorized rolling shutters and control panels. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electrical systems, remote control units, limit switches, and motor setups. Conduct site visits to take accurate shutter measurements and assess installation requirements. Support the production team in panel wiring, motor fitting, and electrical quality control. Maintain service records and assist in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) support. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards. Coordinate with sales and production teams for site readiness and measurements. Recommend improvements in electrical designs for enhanced reliability and performance.
