Job Title - Operation / Data Operator

Location - P.N. 71, Savitri Kunj, Shree Ram Nagar B, Benar Road, Shyam Nagar Vistar, Jhotwara, Jaipur-302012.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Generate basic reports and summaries for management and operational teams.
• Assist in preparing and organizing operational documents and files.
• Coordinate with departments to collect, check, and update required information.
• Support day-to-day office operations such as record keeping, document filing, and follow-up tasks.
• Identify errors or discrepancies in data and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Support the operations manager and team in executing daily and weekly tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and data handling procedures.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and database systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Basic understanding of office operations, documentation, and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
