Job Description: As an Operations Associate at XYLEM LEARNING, your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operational functions to ensure the smooth backend processes, efficient delivery of educational services, and overall satisfaction of students and educators. You will play a critical part in enhancing the scalability of business operations by working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, content, sales, and customer success.
