Job Title:

OpenText Administrator

Band:

Location:

Pune / Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced

OpenText Administrator / Configurator

to support the implementation, configuration, and administration of OpenText solutions within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

OpenText Content Server (OTCS)

configuration,

system administration

, and

integration

with other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
OpenText system configuration, administration, and maintenance
activities.
Manage
user roles, permissions, and access controls
within the OpenText platform.
Support
installation, upgrades, and patch management
for OpenText applications.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure
high availability and performance
.
Work closely with functional and technical teams for
OpenText integration
with SAP and other enterprise systems.
Support document management workflows and ensure data integrity.
Maintain system documentation and configuration records.
Participate in
change management, incident, and problem resolution
processes.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Minimum 6 10 years
of relevant experience in
OpenText Administration / Configuration
.
Strong knowledge of
OpenText Content Server
,
Archive Center
, and related modules.
Experience with
SAP and OpenText integration
preferred.
Good understanding of
system architecture, document workflows, and metadata management
.
Proficiency in
Windows/Linux environments
and basic database administration (Oracle/SQL Server).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
