Job Description

As an OpenShift Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and administration of our OpenShift platform. You will work closely with development teams to ensure seamless deployment of applications and maintain high availability of all services.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift environments
Ensure high availability and reliability of the OpenShift platform
Monitor and optimize cluster performance
Hands on Exp on ODF (CEPH storage )
Implement security best practices within the cluster
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the OpenShift environment
Collaborate with development teams for seamless application deployment
Document procedures and provide training to team members
Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery operations

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
5-8+ years of experience in administrating Kubernetes or OpenShift environments for L2
8-12 years of Exp for L3
Strong understanding of containerization technologies
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
Knowledge of networking and security within containerized environments
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skills

Red Hat OpenShift , ODF CEPH storage , Loki stack, Container ,Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Linux administration, Git, Prometheus/Grafana, SDN, OVN, Kubernetes , Networking, Shell scripting.
