Job Description


OpenNebula Online Trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online training sessions on

    OpenNebula

    covering installation, configuration, administration, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Design and update training materials, lab exercises, and real-time project use cases.
  • Provide clear explanations of OpenNebula concepts, including virtualization, orchestration, cloud deployment, and storage/network management.
  • Guide learners through hands-on labs, troubleshooting exercises, and real-world scenarios.
  • Assess participant progress and provide feedback to help them strengthen their skills.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates of OpenNebula to keep training content relevant.
  • Offer post-training support and doubt-clearing sessions to learners when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in

    OpenNebula

    administration, deployment, and cloud orchestration.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    cloud computing, virtualization (KVM, VMware, etc.), Linux administration, networking, and storage concepts

    .
  • Prior experience in

    training, mentoring, or teaching

    technical topics (online or classroom).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Hands-on experience with real-world OpenNebula projects is highly preferred.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other cloud platforms such as

    OpenStack, AWS, Azure, or GCP

    .
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) for cloud management.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud or virtualization technologies.
