Job Title: Showroom In-Charge

Showroom In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Management

  • Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
  • Manage customer follow-ups, inquiries, and ensure timely closure of sales.

2. Showroom Operations

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are well-displayed at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, request replenishments, and coordinate with inventory/logistics teams.
  • Maintain records of daily sales, footfall, and customer feedback.
  • Manage showroom cash transactions, billing, and POS systems.

3. Team Supervision

  • Supervise and train sales executives and support staff in customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Allocate daily tasks and ensure the team adheres to showroom protocols and grooming standards.
  • Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and customer metrics.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing, service, and backend teams for offers, promotions, and service issues.

5. Customer Experience

  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships and gather customer feedback to improve services.
  • Ensure all customers leave with a positive impression of the brand and showroom.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven sales experience in a showroom/retail environment (home appliances, kitchen solutions, or luxury retail preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and billing systems
  • Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
  • High personal integrity and customer-first attitude

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate (Commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred)
  • Additional certifications in retail management or sales training are an advantage

Work Environment & Availability:

  • 6-day work week
  • Occasional travel to nearby locations for training or coordination
