Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for non-IT roles.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.
Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for non-IT roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
