Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have openings for Accounts Payable (AP) and General Accounting (GA). Interested candidates are advised to walk into the office.

Role & responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines
Perform
2-way and 3-way invoice matching
Manage vendor master data and respond to vendor queries
Ensure timely payment processing (bank transfers, checks, ACH)
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Monitor AP aging and ensure adherence to payment terms

General Accounting (GA)

Prepare and post journal entries
Perform
GL reconciliations
(bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts)
Support
month-end and year-end close
activities
Assist in preparation of financial statements
Ensure compliance with
GAAP/IFRS
and internal controls
Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and documents
