Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior CRO Executive who blends creativity with analytical prowess

to enhance website functionality and drive superior user engagement. This pivotal role involves analysing user

behaviour, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing strategies to optimize conversion, revenue,

and user experience

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize both qualitative (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) and quantitative tools (Google Analytics,

etc.) to analyse website traffic and user behaviour.

  • Develop and implement a robust web analytics framework to monitor and optimize key performance

indicators and conversion points across the website and marketing funnel.

  • Interpret data to understand the 'why' behind user behaviours and deliver actionable insights for UX and

conversion rate enhancement to boost lead generation and online sales.

  • Oversee the optimization program, including site and e-commerce experience, landing pages, forms,

and CTAs, employing an iterative optimization process (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize).

  • Create and manage optimization projects testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and reports (A/B, Multivariate,

Targeting, Personalization).

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and researchers to drive projects and ensure seamless execution

and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Website Optimization, user experience, digital marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a proven track record of increasing customer

satisfaction, coupled with outstanding presentation skills.

  • Proficient in using marketing platforms and tools such as GA4 or any of these third-party tools such as

VWO, MixPanel, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Convert, etc.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices for websites and e-commerce functionality (ROI, AOV,

Conversion Rate, etc.).

  • Should have strong knowledge in research tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hot Jar, CrazyEgg, LuckyOrange,

heatmaps, poll/survey tools.

  • Experience in managing multichannel media campaigns, including paid search, ad text, and landing

page optimization, SEO, etc., will be beneficial.

  • Ability to setup cart abandonment flow, checkout abandonment flow and strategize to increase

customers with the help of exit intent pop ups.

  • Prior experience managing a diverse client portfolio
