Job Description

Import, clean, and register point cloud data (laser scans) into BIM platforms.
Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of
Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems
from scan data.
Capture existing building/site conditions including walls, partitions, windows, doors, roofs, slabs, columns, beams, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and firefighting systems.
Ensure precise alignment and coordination among
Architecture, Structure, and MEP
models.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts across different disciplines.
Generate
as-built drawings, construction documentation, and schedules
from BIM models.
Verify and validate model accuracy against site scans and ensure adherence to
tolerance levels, BIM standards, and LOD requirements
.
Highlight discrepancies between existing conditions and design drawings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of models into project workflows.
Support facility management, renovation, and retrofitting projects by delivering
high-quality, data-rich as-built BIM models
.
Maintain QA/QC processes to ensure all deliverables comply with client and project requirements.
