Job Description

Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate has experience in managing and supervising on Commercial Centralized HVAC projects (i.e. VRV, Chiller and AHU installation)with the successful completion of the company's contractual commitments. Responsibilities and Duties Must be Knowledge of Centralize HVAC systems. Maintain orderly project records and documentation. Preparing & certification measurement sheets of all erection work (i.e., Chiller, pumps, cooling tower Chilled water piping, ducting, installation of AHUs) & preparing installation client bills as per the work progress. Payment follow-up & Collection on Running Bills. Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower. Coordinating with Project Management consultant and other departments for successful completion of project. Make available safety gears and ensure compliance of safety procedures. Involved in testing activities such as taking air quantity (AHUs), water balancing, hydro pressure testing (chilled water pipes), cooling tower performance etc. Reporting daily work progress to Project Head or Sr. General Manager Control the wastage of material and labour. Obtaining Clients approval on qty variation/extra work/rework/ amendment for any deviation in work Inspection of materials delivered to site for required specifications and standards, and follow up to replace the defective materials. Releasing Contractor Work Orders before starting the work. Do the measurement certification of contractor billing. Material Reconciliation & Contractor measurement Reconciliation. Maintaining & Monitoring Documentation, As Built Drawing, Technical Submittal, Operation & Maintenance Manual, Test Certificate ,Warranty period establishment to service department. Monitoring Schedules and supervises all Procurement of material & installation, manpower planning activities for the timely execution of project.
