About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
