1. Analyzes key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics to provide data-driven insights to management .
2. Performs ad hoc analysis to predict and measure business trends, informing key strategic decisions and identifying opportunities for process and program improvement . 3. Analyzes accounts receivable, billing, and credit inquiries to provide effective solutions and troubleshoot system issues . 4. Reviews new account setups and customer invoice requests to ensure accuracy and provide appropriate solutions . 5. Develops and implements data quality checks and identifies opportunities for process automation to increase reporting efficiency . 6. Monitors dashboards and reports related to compliance and operational performance, escalating discrepancies and issues that could pose risks to the company .
Skill required
1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights .
2. Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, including Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, and advanced proficiency in Excel . 3. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently with limited guidance . 4. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a meticulous focus on detail . 5. Experience with compliance and risk management principles is desirable .
Qualification
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience proven experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role. is required.
