Role & responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector
  
• Promote educational programs, courses, training solutions, or institutional offerings
  
• Achieve student enrollment, partnership, or revenue target

Client & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, parents, students, and corporate partners
  
• Maintain long-term partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders
  
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and counseling-related coordination
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  

Partnerships & Alliances

• Establish tie-ups with schools, colleges, training centers, and corporates
  
• Manage collaborations with counselors, agents, and academic partners
  
• Explore franchise, campus, or institutional partnership opportunities

Marketing & Outreach Support

• Support marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, workshops, and education fairs
  
• Coordinate outreach programs, school visits, and campus activities
  
• Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives
  
• Represent the organization at education events and exhibitions

Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and student needs
  
• Identify new courses, programs, or markets based on demand
  
• Provide feedback to academic and product teams for improvement

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of leads, enrollments, and partnerships using CRM tools
  
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  
• Track conversion rates and optimize the sales funnel
