Opening For Assistant Transition Manager (Master Data & Accounting)

EY is hiring for Assistant Transition manager (Master Data & Accounting & Controlling domain) for one of its clients Permanent Role

On roles of client (Permanent role)

Immediate to 60 day's notice candidates are preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Supporting team and colleagues in driving projects, ensuring that Project milestones are met.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
• Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment through coordination of project kickoff.
• Define resource requirement and schedule for project/program implementation.
• Create strategies for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Estimate project resources and staff them accordingly
• Ensure that Projects are within the budgeted cost, timely escalation of issues and their resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to the project management and governance.
• Working on Global projects as a Program Manager
• Project Transparency daily/weekly/monthly updates and project progress reported as per agreed schedule
• People leadership - allocating projects, supporting and grooming the team along with
• Performance Management and development.
• Identifying Automation and Transformation opportunities (if any) to drive efficiencies. .

Preferred candidate profile

• Transitions experience in Master Data & Accounting & Controlling domain.

• 7+ years in Transition and Project Management
• Graduate Any Stream
• Project Management
• People Leadership, lead team in last role
• Stakeholder management • Crisis Management, Adaptability & agility
• Executive Presence, Story Telling & Communication skills
• Coordination & Collaboration with cross functional teams
• Knowledge of MS Office and other Project Management tools
• PMP or Prince 2 certified - Good to have
