Experience Required: 0-5 years Location: Gurgaon Responsibilities Contact leads provided by the marketing team through outbound calls. Conduct product demonstrations and sales pitches over the phone to showcase the benefits of Outspark Resume and Outspark Interview Prep. Build rapport with leads and understand their career goals and challenges. Provide personalized consultations over the phone to tailor our products to the unique needs of each lead. Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications Proven experience in telecalling sales, preferably in a B2C or SaaS environment. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly over the phone.
