Job Summary

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist for our OPD (Outpatient Department). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality outpatient eye consultations, diagnostics, and non-surgical management of ocular diseases, aligned with the clinic’s clinical governance protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OPD consultations including diagnostics and treatment planning and Manage the OPD.
• Manage common and complex eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and refractive errors.
• Coordinate with the surgical team for referrals and pre/post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation as per JCI guidelines.
• Ensure excellent patient communication and service experience.
• Participate in internal clinical audits, CME programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all patient safety, infection control, and clinical risk protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBBS with MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
• Valid Medical Council registration (MCI or Maharashtra Medical Council)
• Experience with EMR systems and digital eye diagnostic tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
