What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement process improvement plan in order to increase patient inflow
  • Resolve inter-departmental clinical operational issues for smooth functioning
  • Identify gaps in process, streamline and ensure closure
  • Streamline quality improvement processes
  • Consultation room utilization and analysis
  • Drive internal and external audit processes in hospital, ensure closure of NC's identified and implementing corrective actions
  • Operational budget compliance, provide support data for clinical capital acquisition requests, manage capital needs
  • Approve indents for operational requirements as per department protocol
  • Approve communication of hospital information as appropriate through hospital network structure
  • Customer feedback analysis and corrective / continuous improvement measure implementation
  • Plan and implement cost control measures and Implementation of measures to Improve the Revenue P&L, profitability, employee productivity

What We Are Looking For:

  • Any Graduate + MHA
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the role of Hospital Operations
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
