Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented OOH Operations Executive to support our outdoor advertising team. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground coordination, vendor management, PPT/Excel reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of OOH campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-ground execution of OOH campaigns.
• Maintain communication with vendors, printers, installers, and site teams.
• Prepare PPT presentations, Excel reports, and campaign documentation.
• Ensure timely installation, photographs, monitoring, and quality checks of OOH sites.
• Track campaign timelines and update the team with daily/weekly status reports.
• Assist in planning site locations, material dispatch, and campaign logistics.
• Maintain database of vendors, sites, and ongoing activities.
• Resolve any operational issues during campaign execution.
• Support the sales/BD team with client-ready updates and reports.
• Stay updated with latest OOH formats and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in OOH/Outdoor/Advertising operations (freshers can apply).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle field work and manage multiple vendors.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of outdoor advertising formats.
• Experience in campaign monitoring or on-ground activations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
