Onsite & Retread Specialist

The position is fully responsible for:

Handling complete backend for retread project (~30% time):

2. Conduct technical and feasibility audits to ensure vendor Retread plants are following necessary operational standards & Quality adherence. Rank all vendors as per quality of processes, machinery, expertise and claim ratio

3. Drive seamless retread vendor onboarding process with complete legal and compliance formalities.

5. Evaluate & establish retread tyres performance by regularly tracking and monitoring tyres through TCS post adoption at fleet level

6. Analyse retread tyre damages and end-of-life tyres and evaluate product, process or application challenges & execute appropriate action on it.

Handling onsite deployment and day-to-day operational management for onsite fleets (~50% time):

1. Lead onsite program management by from fleet pipeline to continuous fleet operation.

2. Regular connect with field team to understand pipeline status.

3. Set up standards and SOPs for onsite management.

4. Ensure daily engagement with supervisors for effective onsite work management and Supervisor monitoring.

5. Constantly deliver training for onsite and PPK supervisors in operations, technical, and digital tools as per agreed SOPs of Solutions Business.

6. Train replacement TSMs and PPK KAMs to prepare monthly reports for onsite customer, giving details of work done.

7. Monitor onsite performance data of TBR tyres and drive continuous performance evaluation. Share quarterly performance reports with PPK KAMs and Replacement TSMs.

8. Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders for program success.
