Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onsite Projects Engineer - Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Diploma based in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to project management, engineering, planning, and electrical engineering within the company's manufacturing and maintenance operations. Selected candidates must be prepared to travel on duty across India to different project/work locations and manage a team of project technicians and other support staff. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Experience in Project Management and Engineering is very useful Proficiency in Project Planning Background in Electrical Engineering Ability to work effectively on-site and collaboratively with team members Knowledge of heavy-duty machinery and industrial automation systems is a plus Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field Experience, Knowledge & Education We prefer candidates with experience of between 1 year and up to 10 years. This position best suits those who are willing to travel on work We prefer candidates with Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Plant Engineering/Manufacturing Knowledge of Kannada is very highly preferred as the selected candidates are expected to be based in Bengaluru.
