Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer / Automation Technician located in Bengaluru. The role involves programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems to improve manufacturing processes and automation. The technician will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with other departments to optimize production and updating documentation for all automation processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, including ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems and equipment
• Proficiency in control systems design and implementation
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Relevant certifications in automation or electronics are a plus
• Candidates will need to be prepared to travel to work sites. Company will bear expenses.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Diploma in Engineering
