Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onsite Manager based in Pune. The Onsite Manager will oversee project implementation, ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and designers. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating material procurement, solving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and design specifications.

• Technical and Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with interior design practices and on-site project execution.

• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Competence in resolving on-site challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring quality standards and design accuracy are upheld.
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software for project planning and communication is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field is advantageous.
