Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onsite Manager based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Onsite Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with various departments, and managing on-site staff. The role involves regular monitoring and reporting of project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed thoroughly. Qualifications Experience in industrial thermal insulation, cryogenic insulation, acoustic insulation, and cementitious fireproofing Proficiency in safety management systems and adherence to safety protocols Strong project management and team coordination skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Prior experience in an on-site management role preferred Knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
