Description
Key Responsibilities Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software services and applications. System Design : Contribute to the architectural design of distributed systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Coding Proficiency : Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages such as Node.js, JavaScript, and at least one other language like Java, Python, or Ruby. Problem Solving : Apply strong Computer Science fundamentals to solve complex technical challenges in a production environment. Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality, reliability, and testability of developed software. Collaboration : Work effectively within a cross-functional team, contributing to an agile development process. Ownership : Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from conception to deployment and beyond. Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing systems and Skills & Qualifications : Experience : At least 2 years of experience in building and deploying successful production software systems. Education : B.Tech. or Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology streams. Computer Science Fundamentals : A solid grounding in core Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking). Scalable Design : Proven experience developing software services with a strong understanding of design principles for scalability, performance, and reliability. Programming Mastery : Mastery of modern programming languages, with hands-on project experience in Node.js, JavaScript, and at least one other language such as Java, Python, or Ruby. Distributed Systems : Understanding and experience with distributed systems and building scalable systems. Agile Culture : Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and ownership and results-oriented culture. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
