Root Cause Analysis: Dive deep into data to understand the root causes of performance issues, considering factors such as system architecture, infrastructure, code efficiency, and user behavior. Hypothesis Testing: Apply hypothesis testing techniques to validate assumptions and identify statistically significant factors impacting performance. Documentation and SOP Creation: Create clear and detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining the process for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving performance issues. Ensure that documentation is organized, easily accessible, and regularly updated to reflect changes in systems, processes, or configurations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including business development, marketing, product development and operations, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support You will be a great fit, if you have : 2-4 years of relevant experience. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for Data Analysis and Data modeling is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights. Negotiate and close sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships with new and existing clients, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to measure progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. Key Skills: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the technology, e-commerce, or digital marketing industry with at least 6 years of sales experience. Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and B2B sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel for client meetings within the city, networking events, and industry conferences as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
